Yoga Nidra is a kind of guided meditation that helps you connect with yourself. In Nidra, we go deep. We are invited to meet our own soul in this restorative practice.
In this class, we come online at 8pm to get set up. I help you prop yourself for maximum rejuvenation. The Nidra itself starts at 8:15 and goes about 25-35 minutes, after which you are free to drift into sleep or carefully awaken.
Make sure you let others in your house know not to disturb you. You’re welcome to set yourself up on a mat or in your bed. Props such as pillows, blocks, and blankets can be helpful. You might also use an eye pillow. You are welcome to play music or ambient sound softly in the background.
Yoga Nidra is donation-based, so please offer what this is worth to you.
Everyone who signs up will receive the web link in their email one hour before class.
